Content and takedown requests
ClipSave does not host or store media — it only relays files that source pages already publish publicly. If you believe the tool is being used to infringe your rights, email mng@rtyrty.my.id with the subject line Takedown request and include the source link involved. Reported abuse cases are reviewed and offending sources can be blocked.
Before contacting support
- Check the Guide page for supported link types and common failure reasons.
- Private, login-protected, or DRM content is not supported by design and cannot be enabled.
- Rate limits reset automatically — waiting a few minutes resolves most temporary blocks.
