Terms of Service

What ClipSave does
ClipSave locates and relays media files that source pages already publish publicly, without login, and offers them for download. It accesses only what any anonymous visitor can see and never uses credentials, cookies, or technical circumvention of any kind.
Your responsibility
- Only download media you have the right to save: your own content, openly licensed content, or content you have permission to use.
- Respect copyright law and the terms of service of the source platform. Downloading someone else's content without permission may violate their rights even when the content is publicly visible.
- Do not use ClipSave to harass others, redistribute content commercially without rights, or automate bulk scraping.
Service limits
- Requests are rate-limited per visitor to keep the service available for everyone.
- Media files are limited to 100MB.
- Download links expire after 10 minutes.
- Private, login-protected, DRM-protected, and segmented-stream content is not supported.
Availability and warranty
ClipSave depends on how source websites publish their pages. Extraction can stop working for a platform at any time when that platform changes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSave and its operator are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including misuse of downloaded content by users.
Takedown and abuse
Rights holders can request that specific sources be blocked by emailing mng@rtyrty.my.id with the subject line Takedown request.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
